Art Enrichment

WKMA brings the fun (and the art) to you with this customized program. Our education staff works closely with you to design an art-making experience perfect for school or public audiences.

Supplemental Art

WKMA offers SOL-based art programs to schools, homeschool groups, and other organizations that are without a full-time art program. Our education staff works directly with administrators and teachers to customize art lessons to fit the needs, interests, and learning styles of your students.

After-School Art

WKMA’s after-school art programs are available to schools that have received the 21st Century Community Learning Centers After-School Alliance Grant and others who provide after-school care to their students. These programs are customized to meet the goals and needs of students in after-school care.

Special Event Art

WKMA offers creative opportunities to schools and organizations hosting special events on their campus. Our education staff create an art project for your school or event location customized to fit the theme of the event. This program is perfect for Family Fun Nights, Back to School Nights, Fall Festivals, and more!

For more information or to schedule an art project for your event, contact Kelsie Christian at kchristian@wkmuseum.org or 276.628.5005 ext. 112. We recommend reaching out at least one month before the start of programs or planned special events.
