August 17, 2023
through November 19, 2023

August 17, 2023 – November 19, 2023

Connoisseur celebrates the fine taste and international expertise of object collectors in our region of Southwest Virginia and Northeast Tennessee.

This exhibition aims to introduce the private, in-home collections of every sort of connoisseur– from glassworks by Chihuly, art prints by Man Ray, an original lithograph by Matisse, there is sure to be a collection for every viewer to enjoy. Consisting of over a dozen private collectors with objects from over 45 different countries, this second quinquennial Connoisseur will bring light to the fine art objects we value most but rarely get to share with the world.
