DESCRIPTION:Class Title: Beginner Fabric Printing & Dyeing \nInstructor: WKM Staff \nCost: $150 (prefer to pay with installments? contact lbridges@wkmuseum.org) \nTime and date(s):  Wednesdays\, 11/12-12/17 from 2:00-4:00PM (6 weeks\, TG week optional) \nLocation:  3D Classroom\, Art Lab lower level (stair access only)  \nSkill level:  Beginners/Intermediate \nAudience:  Teen – adult \nDescription:  Participants will explore basic techniques for printing and dying cotton fabric. We will work with natural cotton bandanas and processes including block carving and printing\, stenciling\, glue resist\, wax resist\, and more (time permitting). The focus of this class is less on finished product and more on process and experimentation with the goal of getting participants comfortable with printing techniques\, unfamiliar tools\, and layering color and imagery.
